ATM Entrepreneurs Group Community Guidelines

Community Guidelines

The ATM Entrepreneur Group is the go-to community for anyone in the ATM industry. Whether you’ve been in the ATM business for over two decades, like our group creator Noah Wieder, or you’re just starting, this group is here to help you learn about the business and how you can get more out of it. Need a vaulter in your area? Ask your fellow ATM Entrepreneurs for recommendations. Contacted by a location too far away to manage? Pass it on to a trusted colleague in the group. “Bought an ATM; now what?” Ask your fellow members for advice. This is the ONLY place where ATM owners can meet, greet, and increase profit from their fleet.

Community Standards

These three guidelines are not a list of rules. They’re not here to limit you within the community. They’re here to make sure that this community runs smoothly and that every member gets the most out the group as possible. As a member of the group, you have agreed to comply. The admins use these guidelines when reviewing content in our communities.

  • KICS (Keep It Civil, Stupid)

Members of the group may not make posts that are threatening, abusive, defamatory, indecent, harassing, and/or offensive. Be nice! Constructive criticism is perfectly fine, but personal attacks and/or trolling will not be tolerated. Please remember not everyone has a thick skin.

  • We’re Friends Here, Not Leads

This is a group of your peers, not your leads. We’re friends here. Promoting to your friends just isn’t nice. Please do not offer services unless a member is specifically asking for that service. We limit sales talk and pricing. If a member in private message solicits you without establishing a prior relationship, please let us know at atmdepot@gmail.com so we can look into the issue.

  • See Something, Say Something

We know you don’t want trolls all over your Facebook group. We know you don’t want promotions all over your group. If you see something that does not meet community guidelines, say something.

Report the post, notify an admin, or contact us at atmdepot@gmail.com about it. We want the ATM Entrepreneur community to be a welcome space for ATM owners and we’d like your help to keep it that way.

  • Something To Note ...

The ATM Entrepreneurs group is not an extension of ATM Depot customer care. This is a place for ATM owners to engage and communicate with their peers. Please direct individual customer care issues and sales inquiries to atmdepot@gmail.com or 888.959.2269. You can also fill out a contact form here.

The admins of the ATM Entrepreneurs group may ask you to edit your post or comment due to it not following our community guidelines. You may be notified that your post has been removed if requests for editing have been frequent and/or the offending content is too severe.

Privacy Policy

Every member of the ATM Entrepreneurs group has a right to privacy. All questions, answers, and experiences posted should remain privy to group members only.

Three Strikes Policy

The admins of the ATM Entrepreneur Group reserve the right to remove a member after providing three warnings for behavior. This will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After this 7-day period, the user may rejoin the group. He/she will be placed on a 30-day probation. If the community guidelines are not followed during the probational period, the user will be permanently removed from the group.
